Project: The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to engage a qualified supplier to design, construct, outfit, and deliver one (1) Cable Landing Station (CLS) for Quintillion’s Hooper Bay USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Reconnect Project. The CLS will terminate the subsea fiber optic cable into the community of Hooper Bay and house the associated telecommunications, power, and environmental systems that support broadband service to the community.

Project: Quintillion is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) and permitting services in support of broadband infrastructure deployment under the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. The Project, identified as CM61-BEAD-AK-151, will extend fiber based broadband service to the communities of Gambell and Savoonga on St. Lawrence Island in the Bering Sea, western Alaska.

Project: Quintillion is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) and permitting services in support of broadband infrastructure deployment under the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. Modular Cable Landing Stations (CLS) Bering Straits Broadband Project-Serving St. Lawrence Island

Project: The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure two (2) prefabricated modular 10’ x 20’ Cable Landing Stations (CLS) and two (2) generators, to be delivered empty and staged to the project staging location. Quintillion is seeking qualified suppliers to provide the CLS units and generators only, with transportation to the project staging location. Quintillion is not requesting costs to outfit or equip the Cable Landing Stations.

Utqiagvik to NOP Terrestrial Fiber Project Phase II

Project: Quintillion is soliciting turnkey winter construction services for Phase II of the Utqiagvik‑to‑ NOP terrestrial fiber project: installation of approximately 141 route miles of terrestrial fiber optic cable (FOC) from the Phase I termination point (approximately MP 100) to Santos’ NOP facility. Phase I (winter 2025–26 season) constructed the first ~100 miles from Utqiagvik and is complete. Phase II completes the remaining deployment across NPRA (BLM) lands, crosses the Colville River via directional bore, and continues the tundra lay across State of Alaska (DNR) lands to terminate at NOP.
